Check-in/out: The lodge and all services included are available to our guests from on the day of arrival until on the day of departure. To insure the best possible service, please inform us of your time of arrival and your mobile phone number. Confirmation of reservation: Your reservation will only be binding on bank transfer of 25% of the package booked, except for the Christmas and New Year period, when the required down-payment amounts to 50% of the sum total. All bookings must be made in writing, by fax or e-mail. If you do a reservation less than four weeks (8 weeks for Christmas and New Year) before arrival, the fully package booked is payable at the time of booking. Anytime The San Lorenzo Mountain Lodge reserves the right to modify any confirmation procedure. These changes will be communicate to the guest at the booking time. Optional services: In order to ensure that all exclusive services can be provided, you are kindly requested to book them upon receipt of our confirmation. Payment: The balance must be paid no later than four weeks before your arrival by bank transfer. For Christmas and New Year stay, the balance must be paid no later than eight weeks before your arrival. All expenses supported during your stay could be pay by Cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners). Cancellations: The contractual conditions of San Lorenzo Mountain Lodge are based on the principle of mutual trust. In case of a cancellation on the part of the customer he/she is entitled to a refund of the total amount except for the charges indicated in the contract. Security and damage deposit: At your arrival a security deposit of 25% of the package booked, will be requested. It could be payable by Cash or Credit Card. This amount is held by the San Lorenzo Mountain Lodge during your stay and will be refunded the day of your departure after a detailed check. In case the check cannot be done before your departure because of you, the deposit will be refund no later than four days from your departure. Garage/Parking space: If you so wish or if your car is not fitted with snow tyres legally required in winter, you can park it in the outdoor parking area at Mantana's village or upon your request, against payment, your car can be parked in a trustworthy garage, where you will be picked up by our staff and taken directly to the lodge. No smoking: For safety reasons, please refrain from smoking in the lodge. Pets: We regret to inform you that we cannot allow pets in the lodge.
