Vistas stretch from the Oso Peninsula to Dominicalito, sweeping across Cano Island and countless offshore rocks with crashing waves. The one-bedroom caretaker's house, 1,200 square feet, has a generous veranda with overhanging roof supported by two columns. The exterior walls are fashioned of custom-cut and fitted rock, stylishly accented with sandstone-textured concrete, a style expanded upon in the main house. A wide gravel driveway, designed to accommodate many cars, rises to the main house and circles through a drive-through carport. The main house encompes 7,000 square feet. The custom-carved wooden front door opens to a foyer with grand staircase of tropical hardwood, topped by a chandelier. On either side of the foyer are laundry, storage, and bath rooms, and garage foyer leads to an open great room extends from a kitchen on one end, through the dining and living areas, to a wet bar on the other end. The great room includes marble-topped kitchen island and leather furniture. The entire great room is walled with sliding gl door/windows to maximize the jaw-dropping ocean views. Ceilings throughout are made of tropical hardwood. The house has a wrap-around veranda on the lower floor that overlooks the infinity-edge pool and Jacuzzi. An upper-story veranda extends across four master suites. Each master suite overlooks the ocean and has a private bathroom with twin sinks. The upper staircase foyer opens to a room with a pool table and a veranda perfect for hanging a hammock.
